Orange and Strawberry Cold Soup { Old Post New Pics }

 I live in a state where Oranges are famous for . Yes Florida !!!! We get Fresh oranges anywhere and everywhere. They are Pulpy , juicy, Sweet , Fresh and Delicious.

I had some Fresh strawberries left which i  picked on a sale .A good deal Though .

Both Oranges and strawberries make a good combo too...

I love oranges and strawberries individually . But had never tried to combine both the fruits .

        So for the Hot summer  , here comes the classic Orange and Strawberries Freshly blended Soup / Juice.

Ingredients :

 Orange Juice - Freshly Squeezed from 2 Oranges.

 Strawberries - Handful
 Sugar - depending on the sweetness of the fruits.
 Yogurt - 2 TBSP ( Optional )

 Mint Leaves -  4 to 5 Leaves

Instructions:

Put it in the blender and give it a good mix

Serve it chill or with ice cubes .

Notes-

• I don't prefer adding sugar to it , In case if the oranges aren't sweet you can add sugar to your taste .
• If the juice is thick , you can add some water and dilute it.
