Weekly Thrice i make it a point that i have some Fresh Salads on my Menu. This week i had made Veg- Chicken Tikka along with Apple- Red radish Salad . The salad was soo nice , crunchy and refreshing . The ingredients i used were so simple too .. It was just apple and red radish . The dressing for it was also simple .. Lets see the ingredients .
Red Apples - Cut into Cubes
Red Radish - Cut into Circles
Ingredients for Dressings:
Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
Freshly squeezed Lime Juice.
Black Pepper Corns
- Grind the pepper corns into powder .
- Mix all the ingredients except cilantro in the blender . Just check whether there is enough salt and pepper.
- Lastly pour the Dressing on Apple - Red Radish. Mix it with hand.
If you do not like the taste of Radish , You can soak it in the dressing for half an hour and lastly add the apples on it .
