Summer has already started , and its so hot outside. I normally don't prefer drinking carbonated cola's . I make my own Fruit juices , fruit punches and Smoothies . I mix and match the ingredients available at home . So this time i had yogurt , Mint , Coriander Leaves , Ginger , Oats and Green Gram Spouts at home .
I can hear your mind voice " OMG whats this ? how would it taste ? " . It was Delicious and refreshing ..Great smoothie for the summer .
Yogurt - 1/2 Cup
Water - 1 Cup
Salt - as per taste
Oats - 2 TBSP
Green Gram Sprouts - Hand full
Mint leaves - 4 to 5
Coriander Leaves - Few
Asafetida - 1/4 TSP
Ginger - A small piece
1. Add the Oats in the mixer and grind well till it turns to powder.
2. Then add the yogurt , salt , green gram sprout , milt leaves , coriander leaves , Asafetida , ginger and mix well.
3. Lastly add water and mix well.
4. Serve it chill .
This smoothie is Refreshing , It is healthy and nutritious .
Notes - Add water how thick you want the smoothie to be ..
