I was requested to do a baby shower cake for my friend's friend . My friend was very particular that she wanted a Preggy momma on the cake along with her hubby and her first kid ( with a toy car ) . As she didn't know what baby it was , we thought of going with neutral colors . Yellow , Green and purple was finalised as the colors for the cake . After so much of browsing , we ended up with our own design , which we both liked .
The Cake was Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Bean Buttercream filling and frosting . It was decorated with edible baby shower themed figures. The theme was dadda and the son were waiting for Momma and the newborn . So we placed Dadda and son on one side of the cake and momma on the other side. Baby Things were kept on middle of the cake and son holding a board saying Boy / Girl??? Brother or sister ??
The side of the cake i had pipped messy ruffles and I had placed button all over the cake to give it a finished look .
Disclaimer - Other than the Baby Stroller everything else were edible .

As the Baby Shower Party was happening little far from my house for safety purpose i had removed Momma , dadda and son from the cake and fixed it before the function.
