Kachori's are deep fried , crispy Indian snack sold in all the chaat shops. For this months challenge on International Food Challenge +Manjula Bharath  from Desi Fiesta had suggested a wide variety of Rajastani Cuisines . I seriously was confused what to choose . Later i opted for the first option which was 1 Sheera and 1 Kachori.

Thank you +Manjula Bharath , +Shobana Sekar and +Saraswathi Tharagaram for giving this opportunity to explore this rajastani Cuisine. We loved these kachori's .
